What We Do

Who We Are

Globara UK is a not-for-profit organization by guarantee, operating with charitable values and community benefit at its core. We design and deliver programmes that promote leadership development, inclusive education, global citizenship, employability, and health outreach. Our work is primarily tailored to support young people aged 18 to 35—particularly those from ethnic minority, low income, and underrepresented backgrounds in the UK and beyond. We also extend our reach to vulnerable individuals of all ages, particularly through initiatives such as the Globara Health Project and Globara Community Projects, which serve individuals aged 20 and above who may be experiencing terminal illness, social isolation, or community exclusion.

Our VISSION is a world where every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, has equitable access to leadership, education, and well being opportunities that empower them to thrive and contribute to society.
Our MISSION is to foster leadership, educational access, social inclusion, and health equity by delivering innovative programmes and community-based initiatives that empower young people and vulnerable populations across the UK and globally.
